- One entry per person per month. Must visit a Choice Wireless store to participate.
- Winners will be contacted using the information provided to the store at the time of entry.
- All prizes must be collected at a Choice Wireless Store, within 2 weeks of being notified of winning the contest by email, phone call, text message, or voicemail. Failure to collect the prize at a Choice Wireless Store within 2 weeks of notification will result in forfeiture of all prizes won.
- Movie theaters reserve the right to subject any tickets to blackout dates, exclusions, or other restrictions. These limitations vary by theater. Please contact your local theater for more information.
- If there is no participating movie theater in your area, any movie ticket prizes won will be replaced with a retail gift card chosen at the discretion of Choice Wireless.
- All RedBox prizes won may require a credit card to redeem for the purposes of fulfilling their rental agreement.
- If there is no RedBox location in your area, any RedBox prizes won will be replaced with a retail gift card chosen at the discretion of Choice Wireless.
