With New Additions to Our Tent Camping Facilities, Spring is the Perfect Time for Camping at the Farm

Chantilly Farm has partnered with Blue Mountain Adventures on a number of new projects including the addition of several new Bell Tents as well as an already installed Platform Tent for those that love to "glamp"!

Spring in the Blue Ridge is a truly magical time. The long, cold days of winter are soon behind us and the warmer, starry nights of Spring are arriving. In the coming weeks, the trees are getting their first leaves, the blooms begin popping out around the farm and birds come alive with their songs of Spring.

Our hiking and biking trails are a great way to experience the beauty of our region and there are endless possibilities for hiking and biking nearby. The shops in town are open for the season and feature a wide variety of treasures, trinkets, art and more.

Make plans to come see us and see why everyone is talking about how amazing Floyd is!

Chantilly Farm Announces Marketing Partnership with Asheville Based Hoosier Devil Entertainment

Chantilly Farm has partnered with Asheville, NC based, HoosierDevil Entertainment to promote our venue’s annual Chantilly Farm Bluegrass & BBQ Festival coming up in May.

HoosierDevil provides several levels of support to artists and events throughout the Blue Ridge Mountains and beyond. Founded in 2013 by Steve Johnson, the company has worked with an impressive list of clients, including MerleFest, Red Ants Pants Music Festival, Jam in the Trees, the Steep Canyon Rangers, and more. New owner Maggie Rainwater, who purchased HoosierDevil from Johnson at the start of 2019, brings expertise in publicity, promotion, event management, and social media, along with a rich musical heritage. Her grandfather, Jody Rainwater, was a trailblazing member of bluegrass’ first generation, performing with, booking, and promoting shows for Flatt and Scruggs in the early 1950’s. Today, Jody’s strong work ethic and unwavering passion for music inspire Maggie, through HoosierDevil, to support and promote the music she loves.

“Chantilly Farm’s Bluegrass and BBQ Festival is an event I look forward to every year,”
Maggie Rainwater shares, “and I could not be happier for HoosierDevil to have the opportunity to work alongside the Chantilly Farm team. Chantilly treats everyone at the event- staff, volunteers, bands, guests- like family, and the positive, laid-back atmosphere they have
cultivated at Bluegrass and BBQ is something truly special. When you combine such good
vibes with a beautiful location, a variety of curated vendors, and a stellar lineup featuring the
best in bluegrass, old-time, and mountain music, you have a recipe for a spectacular event. I
believe the sky is the limit for Chantilly Farm and their Bluegrass and BBQ Festival, and
HoosierDevil is delighted to be part of it!”
