BLUEGRASS FEST PASSES INCREASE FEB.1
...GET YOURS TODAY

Single day and weekend passes for the 9th Annual Chantilly Farm Bluegrass & BBQ Festival increase on February 1, 2019, so be sure to get yours today in order to take advantage of the super early-bird savings.

We've got a stellar, power-packed lineup on stage this year including heavy-hitters like The Steeldrivers, Flatt Lonesome, Junior Sisk, Nothin' Fancy and Lonesome River Band, along with some of the hottest up and coming bands in bluegrass including Breaking Grass, Carolina Blue, Deer Creek Boys, Salt & Light, Loose Strings Band and so many more.

Not to mention, we'll be kicking this year's festival off on Friday morning at 11am with a bluegrass wedding! That's right...when Jamie Hart proposed to his fiance on the Chantilly stage last year, the happy couple decided to come back to the festival in 2019 to officially tie the knot. We couldn't be more excited to be part of such a unique love story.

Now offering VIP ticket packages, too!

2019 COUNTY FAIR PLANNING UNDERWAY...
EXHIBITORS AND GAME HOSTS ARE NEEDED

The Floyd Livestock and County Fair board is actively planning this year's event scheduled for Saturday September 14. This year's theme, "There's No Place Like the Fair" is based on the classic film, 'Wizard of Oz'.

The fair board is looking to expand its event planning efforts with community-minded volunteers who are interested in seeing the fair grow.

Local/regional businesses and non-profits are encouraged to come forward with ideas on how they might collboarate with the fair. Perhaps your organization could host a game at the fair, host an exhibit, activity or simply come on a sponsor.

Each year, all partner organizations work hard to produce an event that truly embraces and celebrates Floyd County's rich agricultural heritage.

Those who are interested can email fair organizer, Joni Underwood at hbgoodies@swva.net or attend our upcoming board meeting on February 21, 2019 at the Farm Bureau building at 5:30pm.
