FLOYD LIVESTOCK & COUNTY FAIR COMING TO CHANTILLY FARM ON SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 14

The annual Floyd Livestock and County Fair returns to Chantilly Farm on Saturday, September 14 and we couldn't be more excited. Come join us as we celebrate Floyd County's rich agricultural heritage.

The theme for 2019 will be “There’s No Place Like The Fair,” celebrating all things Wizard of Oz.

Now in its thirteenth year, the event offers a wide variety of opportunities for all ages to participate and exhibit their wares and talents. The weekend will include exhibits, livestock shows, agricultural olympics, music, heritage crafts, demonstrations, games and much more.

HEALTHY FLOYD 5K RUN/WALK

Plus we have a fantastic partnership with Healthy Floyd, so be sure to swing by the Health & Wellness Tent. Healthy Floyd is proud to announce their second annual Healthy Floyd 5K Run/Walk that will kick off this year's Floyd County Fair as part of Virginia's 50 Years of Love Celebration.

•On-site registration begins at 9am, closes promptly at 9:45am.
Race begins at 10am.

BULLS, BARRELS & MUTTON BUSTIN'

Join us for this fun, exciting, and family friendly event!

Bulls, Barrels & Mutton Bustin' is a SEBRA event held during the Annual Floyd Livestock & County Fair. Spend the day at the Fair and then get fired up for the evening.

Beer & Wine Garden, Awesome Food Vendors, Rain or Shine.

~Mutton Bustin' will begin at 3pm
~Bulls & Barrels at 5pm

Bring Lawn Chairs For Seating.

Admission for the event is separate from the County Fair. Be sure to take advantage of the advanced ticket pricing! Attendees will be wristbanded at the gate.

JOURNEY TRIBUTE BAND, TRIAL BY FIRE HEADED TO CHANTILLY FARM ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21

With their all-star performances packing venues across the East Coast, this is one show you surely won't want to miss!

TRIAL BY FIRE is born out of the hearts of five seasoned North Carolina - based musicians who have become one of the most talked about Journey tribute bands in the US.

Prepare to be taken back to an earlier day when lighters were held high, and you couldn't help but sing along to such powerful choruses as “Don’t Stop Believin’”, “Wheel in the Sky”, "Open Arms", “Lights”, "Separate Ways" and "Faithfully".

Opening act, Laymantown Ridge.

$12 in advance/ $18 at the door / Kids 12 and under free

INTELLECTUAL DISABILITES AGENCY OF THE NRV TO HOST 'OKTOBERFEST' AT CHANTILLY FARM

A beautiful fall evening in the Blue Ridge mountains filled with songs, great food, fantastic brews & CHEER!

Join us for the Oktoberfest Dinner Show with The Sauerkraut Band, who is well known for their traditional German music.

The event barn at Chantilly Farm will be transformed into a folksy biergarten so dress in your finest lederhosen and dirndl (optional of course), and celebrate the evening with friends new and old. Family friendly, fun for all ages.

Ticket price includes a Bavarian Dinner by Grateful Bread. Adult beverages sold separately.

All proceeds benefit the Intellectual Disabilities Agency of the New River Valley.
