Dear Friends of CfP,
After an incredible speaking tour in Germany, meeting with politicians, civil society leaders and the German friends of CfP, Suli and I felt the need to offer a space for all of our international supporters to connect and share about the recent events.
After 2 years, we finally have a ceasefire deal and a hostage/prisoner exchange. We know this is only the first step, but it is crucial to stopping the immediate violence and killing. Personally, being in Germany for this historic event felt for me very strange. To be far from home, watching the news through my phone, messaging loved ones and the CfP team, left me feeling homesick. At the same time, it was so powerful to be on stage with Suli, sharing our personal stories of transformation and answering questions about our joint nonviolent activism during such an emotional period.
Our vision at Combatants for Peace is more relevant now than ever, and we are so glad to have you with us. On November 6th at 8:00pm (Jerusalem), we would like to invite you to join Suli and I for an online gathering with our global friends community - to listen, share and dream together.
