'Ways of Working', Energise Handy Resources and the Green Summit 🍏

We might be nearing the festive season, but that doesn't mean that work has stopped here at Carbon Co-op, in fact we are as busy as ever!

Work with the Levenshulme Area Based Scheme is continuing apace and we have now published our October 'Ways of Working' webinar which brought together key players in the scheme to explore their experiences so far.

The Energise Manchester team are excited to be sharing some of the fantastic energy advice resources that they have created as part of the project, and hopefully these straightforward advice sheets will be useful for your own energy saving journey, and for your friends and family over the Christmas period.

Coming up, we are going to be at the GM Green Summit 2024, at the Lowry Theatre next week (Monday 9th December), so if you are planning to attend, make sure to stop by and say hello!

We also have a special EcoHome Lab in its regular slot featuring Damon Hart Davis presenting his thermal store and solar diversion setup. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the intricacies of these systems and the process of installation, we hope to see you there!

Levenshulme Area Based Scheme: ways of working webinar

This webinar is suitable for anyone with an interest in place-based or area-based approaches to retrofit delivery.

EcoHome Lab: Damon Hart Davis - Sunamp and Solar Divert

In our regular EcoHome Lab taking place on December 12th, Damon Hart-Davis will be talking about the performance of his Sunamp thermal store in combination with Solar divert.

He may also be happy to talk about his recent heat pump journey of getting a system installed by Octopus which meets the unusual demands of his existing setup.

Make sure to come along if you want to learn more about his set up and the journey he took to get there.
