EcoHome Lab: Energy data in Home Assistant

EcoHome Lab is back with a deep dive into home energy data in Home Assistant. Understanding your energy usage has always been central to our work at EcoHome Lab, but moving from sensors to smart meter data has made data access more complicated. We have a couple of short presentations planned already, but if you're pulling your own energy data into Home Assistant, especially via a Consumer Access Device (CAD) or an API we'd love to here about it. The workshop will be taking place on Thursday 10 August, 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

Power Calderdale gets the greenlight

Carbon Co-op are looking forward to working with Calderdale Council and Todmorden Learning Centre and Community Hub partners, as part of the newly funded Power Calderdale project. Power Calderdale focuses on identifying solutions for retrofitting buildings in the borough, to make them more energy efficient. Carbon Co-op's Lorenza Casini had this to say about the project "Working together will support finding solutions and effective processes to unlock the potential of bringing about a just energy transition for the Calderdale borough which can also be replicated across the country and offer useful learning for other local authorities".
