Exciting People Powered Retrofit plans 🛠️

As many will be aware, People Powered Retrofit is the householder retrofit service that has developed out of the work we have been doing for the past ten years and that we have recently piloted with our technical partners URBED.

Now the Carbon Co-op board have authored a letter, to make members aware about developing plans for the service, an upcoming community share issue and to how these changes relate to Carbon Co-op work.

Oldham Energy Futures workshop

This month we held our first workshop for Oldham Energy Futures in Sholver. We started by mapping out the most important places, people and organisations to create a picture of wealth already held in the local community.

Baseline your carbon impact now!

Track your carbon impact before July 16th to be included in our first organisational baseline

Our new tool allows anyone to track the carbon impact of their home. We are collecting responses baseline. You can take part in the impact tracker anytime through our members' hub, but to be included in our initial anonymised dataset make sure to participate before July 16th.
