Battalion Update
The summer semester of training begins today! With a total of 23 men in Battalion, we are looking forward to another great semester of Forging Men. We have 13 men in 2nd Phase, 5 men in Leadership, 3 Men in EMT, and 2 men in CST. Please go out of your way to make these men feel loved and cared about.

Notes from the SMAJ Dept:
  • Battalion is in training. They have class and homework and very busy lives. Any requests for help on work projects, moving furniture, or any extra-curricular work must be cleared through the SMAJ department.
  • If you would like to have any of the Battalion men to your home for a meal and/or fellowship time, it must be run by the Sergeant Major first.
  • If you are uncomfortable with any interactions the Battalion men are having with your family, or members of your family, please speak with the Sergeant Major instead of the man individually.
Leadership Corner | Maj. Boulden
As we start this new semester, let's remember the following attributes that every leader must possess if they are to truly make a difference: Rapport, Credibility, Trust, and Influence. More on the Four Attributes of a Great Leader
