| Battalion Update | Capt. Winkler We are down to two weeks left! This week the EMTs are finishing their ER clinicals, and some of them will be heading down to Houston to help with security at THSC this weekend. The flight students are continuing pushing towards check rides, and the Missions class is finishing up their coursework. Construction is traveling back from Florida and should be back on campus today. Tomorrow we have Expo Day with Basic Training, so the men will be showing off their 3rd Phase training options for all the recruits in Basic. Please pray that the men would be able to finish all their coursework and requirements on time, and that they would stay focused as they sprint toward Graduation next weekend. |
| Basic Training Update | Maj. Hawley Five days and counting! It's amazing how fast the end of Basic Training approaches after these nine weeks. The Basic Responder Challenge ended very well last week with Team Shammah winning at the end of the three days. This week will mostly consist of preparing for the skills demonstration, drill and ceremony demonstration, and practicing 1st Peter for the Advancement Ceremony this coming Friday. |
