COVID–19 Ministry Update
We are continuing to maintain our current ministry policies for the near future.
Prayer and Fasting
On Thursday, April 30, I would like to call for a ministry-wide day of prayer and fasting to thank the Lord for the protection we have had these past few months, as well as looking forward to the months ahead. We can be thankful that we have continued serving with such events as the special online Family Conference this week, the battalion continuing in their training and service in important deployments, and schedules being altered due to the COVID-19 restrictions.

Please pray for government leaders and medical personnel to make wise and balanced decisions, as well as individuals to take personal responsibility in their lives. Remember in prayer those who have been tremendously affected by job loss, businesses closing, illness or death from the disease. Intercede for these families that have been impacted by all of these things that have just transpired within these last 8 weeks.

Thank you for joining me especially on Thursday, April 30, 2020, in prayer and fasting for the Lord to hear our prayers of praise, thankfulness, and intercession.

Battalion Update
This week, Sergeant Major and about half of the battalion are in Laurel, Mississippi on tornado relief. If you need to get in touch with battalion leadership this week, please call or text Cameron Williams or Phillip Vanderford. Aquatics made a trip to Broken Bow, Oklahoma for a swift water rescue training trip on Saturday. The battalion also enjoyed the first half of the Secret Church Simulcast on Friday night. Thank you to those of you who joined us for that! Please pray for safety for those on deployment and pray for God to work out the details of the rest of our deployments this quarter.
Leadership Corner | Maj. Boulden
Another week of social distancing and shelter in place. As we continue to navigate in this "new normal" we need to take this time to ask "what's the opportunity here?"

EXPECTATIONS. Have you started to think through how expectations for your organization and your role will change for the second half of 2020?

OUTCOMES. Have you started to define how outcomes will change, and what behaviors need to change as a result?

RELATIONSHIPS. Are you intentionally focusing time each day on growing, affirming, and developing the key relationships in your life and your work?

The need for leaders like you has never been greater.
