Battalion Update | SMaj. Hawley
Thanks to all of you who made an effort to host a group of the Battalion at your homes over the weekend; the guys enjoyed it immensely!

Three men are joining ESO as they transition into their Technical Rescue phase of training this week.

Please pray for the Battalion as we look at these last two months in the semester and try to set a few goals in order to keep growing, stay focused, and press on in our walk with God and unity with each other.
Basic Training Update | Capt. Boulden
This past week went very well for Basic Training. The men had an uneventful week of training and a successful six hour hike. The weather stayed moderate for us and all the men completed it without incident.

This coming week we move into our next phase of training consisting of advanced Navigation exercises, advanced rope/pulley work, and their next level in endurance training—the 12 Hour Hike. This is a substantial jump from the last hike, so please be in prayer as this can be a difficult time for the men. This hike will happen later this week and is a significant step on the Unit's goal to complete the 24 hour hike in two weeks. Prayers are also appreciated that the Unit would continue to be humble, teachable, and willing to trust their leaders.

The Unit will also be taken off POGIE lock-down this week so if you were planning on sending any of the men food packages, you are now welcome to do so.
