| Basic Training Update | Maj. Hawley The men of Unit 75 will be spending this week living and training across the lake. They will be living in handmade shelters and catching and cooking most of their own food along with taking classes in fire building and river crossing on a rope system. They will continue to hone their skills in land navigation, river crossing, ropes and knots, and wilderness care and survival. They will also begin the first integration of their wilderness medical training in a simple rescue scenario this week. Please pray the men would stay healthy during this time and that they would learn a valuable lesson in perspective. |
