Chronic inflammation is the catalyst for most, if not all, disease including: diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, Alzheimer’s, lung conditions, arthritis, autoimmune diseases (e.g. Hashimoto’s, multiple sclerosis), and many cancers.

Given the environment we are exposed to in the modern world — toxins, stress and poor food choices — many of us are inflamed.
