Our mission as The Coffee Shop Coaches is to help independent cafe owners run better businesses, make more money, and feel less alone in the chaos of hospitality. If anything we shared last year helped you solve a problem or view your business differently, we’re thrilled.

We take pride in providing tons of free resources to help you along the way—and we’ll continue to do that—but there is simply no substitute for, or more cost-effective way to grow, than speaking with us 1:1.
