What to Expect at this Year's Annual Chicken FestivalIf you've never been to the Cackle Hatchery Annual Chicken Festival, it's a free, family-friendly event that we've been putting on for more than a decade now. And we always make sure there's a little something for everyone. Feeling hungry? Sign up for the egg eating contest, where the winner will take home $2,000 and a trophy, courtesy of Cackle Hatchery! Feeling lucky? Enter our raffle where first prize will be an Eglu Pro and second prize is a $100 voucher, all courtesy of Omlet. Or perhaps you want to try some family activities like our hatchery tours, crowing contest, duck races, horse-drawn rides, costume contest, and poultry showcase. If you like what you see, you can even take an animal home with you through our grown fowl silent auction. We'll also have vendors on site. You'll find all this and more at the 2024 Annual Chicken Festival at Cackle Hatchery!
