Fall in Love With Chicks at Cackle Hatchery’s Annual Festival on Oct. 11-12.
Some of the activities planned include seminars on chicken health and showing chickens, limited hatchery tours, games and activities for children and adults. There will be a “chicken thief jail,” displays, video presentations, crowing and clucking contest, prize drawings, and much more. Clifton’s Westside Café across the street will be serving a special chicken and egg entrée. All activities will take place all day indoors rain or shine from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The hatchery is located at 411 W. Commercial Street in downtown Lebanon; 417-532-4581.

CHICKEN CAR
