| Finding the perfect business is all but impossible because no business is perfect. Even the very best businesses have flaws even in the best of times. In fact, buying a lousy business might have advantages if it has "the right things wrong". The right things wrong are the things that you have the skills and the resources to fix better than anyone else.
There are many great businesses that are available for sale that would make great acquisitions but, they are often too much money or get gobbled up almost instantly.
