| People choose different spiritualities. Spirituality can be seen as the link between our existence in the physical world and what we consider to be the source of everything.
Some perceive the source outside themselves, for example they believe in God and their religion is the link to this source.
Some perceive the source within themselves and see themselves as their own source. In this case any exercise allowing them to go to the source is the way to experience being the source.
When it comes to chakras, our root chakra represents our connection with Mother Earth. Our roots, like those of trees, connect us to the earth to give us the stability and nourishment we need to feel grounded, confident, at home on Earth.
Our crown chakra represents our connection with what we consider to be the source of everything. It represents our source of direction.
For us, the crown chakra also represents collective consciousness, unity, empathy, becoming "one" with another being, or all beings.
For those who perceive the source outside, God for example if we take the example of Roman Catholics, the fact of going to Mass on Sunday allows them to have this sense of unity with their community. It is their means of having this contact with the source.
For those who perceive the source within, deep meditation can, for example, allow them to go deeper, to the source.
The goal is not to remain in this space in the same way that it is not to live in one's place of worship. The goal is to keep this contact with the source, to know that it is there.
Like our parents with whom we no longer live but with whom we go to have lunch sometimes on Sundays.

| The symptom of the month : Eczema or Dermatitis |

| Eczema is a term for several different types of skin swelling. Eczema is also called dermatitis. Typically, eczema shows itself as patches of chronically itchy, dry, thickened skin, usually on the hands, neck, face, and legs. The part of the body affected and the chakra associated with that part point to specific sensitivities. If the hands are affected, it can reflect nervousness or irritation about accepting the fulfillment of their goals. If the neck is affected, it reflects unexpressed irritation. When the face is affected, it reflects a sense of shame or guilt since the person may feel they need to hide their face. If it is on the legs, it reflects nervous insecurity or lack of trust.
People with atopic dermatitis often have asthma or seasonal allergies, and this points to heart chakra sensitivities and tensions in the person’s perceptions of love or tensions with someone close. There may be a family history of allergic conditions such as asthma, hay fever, or eczema. Hay fever and asthma point to sensitivities about allowing in the love, often the love from the mother, reflecting tensions there.

| | Conditions at the beginning of the class:
Localized pain in right iliac fossa originated 16 years earlier, after childbirth followed by divorce caused by spousal violence.
Vision - process started in December 2001. Myopia - 6 diopters.
Conditions at the end of the class:
Healing of the pain. During the seminar healing of the subconscious and physical. The instructor put their hand on the site of the physical pain and it disappeared. During the meditations the myopia existing in the subconscious was brought to the conscious and eliminated.
Comments:
Vision Exam - 5 diopters. In addition to having finished the healing process started 9 months before, of LIFE/DEATH, I internalized the process of "ACCEPTANCE"; the main goal for my life.
