 Choose Love
Recently I had a day where I felt stressed, my ‘to do list’ was pretty long, and some of my relatives were having a hard time. I was grumpy and I felt tension in my stomach.
After some hours like this, I “woke up”, all of a sudden it was clear to me that I didn’t want to feel like this. It would not help me to work faster nor would it support my relatives.
A few weeks earlier I had met with my dear colleagues and friends, the other instructors of the Body Mirror System, in France and we all participated in a Body Mirror intensive class. The feeling of love and connectedness was amazing in this class. Just by thinking of it, I could feel the love smoothly coming back… In one of our guided meditations it’s said “I am you, you are me – we are love”, I imagined that I again was saying this to the people I had shared this experience with, to the people living my house, to my relatives, to my neighbours, to my friends… The warm feeling in my heart grew stronger, my body relaxed, the tension in my stomach disappeared and my grumpy face changed into a big smile.

This experience reminded me that we have the choice how to approach our day, - and that our choice makes our day!

As we say in our classes: “Our perceptions create our reality”

A little meditation for your heart  
Take three slow, deep breaths and each time you inhale, feel your body relax more, your mind relax more, and imagine that you are surrounded by pure white light. With your hands on your laps palms facing up, become aware of the sensations on the surface of the skin in the palms of your hands and imagine that your hands are energy-sensitive radar receivers and imagine that the white light that surrounds you begins to enter through your hands, as it enters it vibrates the skin, you can feel the sensations of the energy in your hands, the sensation of this energy entering and you can feel this white light beginning to rise in your arms, it relaxes your arms, your elbows, your shoulders.
It fills your neck, your head, as the white light fills your head, your eyes relax, your face relaxes, your brain and then the white light continues to fill you, it fills your chest, your solar plexus, your abdomen and as you feel yourself entering deeper, more relaxed, more serene, more peaceful levels of consciousness there are fewer thoughts in your head and as  you go deeper. It goes down into your legs and feet.
Feel the serenity, this peaceful space, you are filled with white light and surrounded by white light, you breathe in this white light.
Continue to breathe normally, serenely and then imagine yourself in a huge tunnel of white light and see this tunnel unfolding in front of you, imagine that you stand up and start to walk in this tunnel, it will help you to go back in time and as you walk slowly, serenely, you begin to see scenes of your life appear on the sides, like frames of life, and you continue to walk calmly, serenely, slowly, you go back in time one year, two years, three years and you see these scenes appearing over time, the memories, the good times, the times maybe not so good, don't get emotionally invested in what you see, just keep observing the images that show up, those important moments in your life or those little moments that didn't seem important and that show up because they left a mark and you go back the years, time, observe without emotion.

After a while you may notice that there are scenes that look like the same, different characters with the same scenario and you can observe how you feel in those scenarios, it can be joy, it can be anger, it can be sadness, it can be fear or a feeling of abandonment and you keep walking, going back in time walking through this tunnel watching the scenes of your life that are unfolding, notice what you felt at each moment without going into emotion, simply by observing the same scenario of different people and then you become aware of how you had reacted to this scenario, what you had decided to feel: fear, anger, abandonment. After a while you reach the first time this scenario played out in your life, look, how old were you at that time? Watch the scene, watch the person you were then, watch that Being react, make decisions.

In that scene there was an ingredient that was missing and that ingredient was the perception that you were loved, so imagine going into the scene, going back into the scene at that moment and imagine that in your heart there is a door, open it, open the door and imagine that through that door you let in the missing ingredient, the perception that you were loved in that scene, even if you hadn't seen it at the time, add the missing ingredient, open your heart to love, add love to this scene and as you go along you can see: what if all this, all this had nothing to do with a lack of love and if you had been loved at that time, let the love in, let the love take its place in the scene and as you feel that love enter your heart and recreate the links with the characters in the scene and you can feel that love filling your heart, your body, your mind, your soul, the bonds that were broken recreate themselves, love circulates, the walls dissolve. Take a moment to enjoy this feeling of flowing love.
Feel the contact with the characters in the scene, the love, it can be your parents, siblings, family members, friends. Feel them enjoying this love too. Feel that love go back in time and seep into all the scenes that happened after that and recreate the links in your whole life as if it had always been there and then you can imagine coming out of that scene again and finding yourself in that wonderful tunnel of white light with those scenes on the sides and turn around.
Walk slowly, peacefully nourished with love and go back in time to today and as you walk slowly you see this love which has recreated the links, which has changed the scenes, you feel the contact with the different people, you understand that it had nothing to do with a lack of love. It had nothing to do with a lack of love. Love has always been there, always.
You know this love will change your present and what will happen from now on.

When you feel ready, open your eyes and smile at life.

The symptom of the month: Lupus
Lupus Erythematosis (Lupus Erythematosus)

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is considered an autoimmune disorder that may affect the skin, joints, kidneys, brain, and other organs. As an autoimmune disease, the original cause can be related to tension in the area of relationships, though considering the organ affected gives more details about the specific decisions made by the person at the time the symptom began. Difficulty with the joints, for example, points to root chakra tensions, possibly at home, and the person immobilizing him/herself because of insecurity. A "butterfly" rash over the cheeks and bridge of the nose affects about half of people with SLE, and this points to solar plexus tensions (anger) about root chakra tensions, possibly shame, or tensions at home. If the rash gets worse in sunlight, this reflects sensitivity to father / authority issues at home. The rash may also be widespread. See the organ or part of the body affected for further details.

Success story - Feedback 
Every day, I take a step further in this new life which is more and more beautiful.
I'm no longer in the fight, but with..... it's much more cheerful and that in a much more positive energy.
I have been tidying up for 10 days with pleasure. (I have this impression that everything takes its place; me especially)

Already a week has passed since we were together sharing space. Let me start by sincerely thanking each one of you for your warmth and care throughout this seminar. It made it easier for me to receive (a healing in itself!) the many healings given in this loving space where I could express my being. I felt increasingly at ease and safe. On returning home I felt at peace and stable and I feel much more grounded than before the intensive. Past fear has lessened
and when love felt it this week, I very quickly realized that there was no real danger and I dared to do/ to move out of my comfort zone.
