| | What you send out is what you receive.
The Universe reacts and responds to what we emit and thus our energies return back to us multiplied. If we send harmony then it comes back, if we emit disharmony, it returns back to us.
Our thoughts, beliefs and perceptions are of course not exempt from Karma, in the sense that they affect our bodies and our lives. In this point of view everything that we do in our consciousness has a consequence, either harmonious or disharmonious.
However, Karma is not a punishment, nor is it related to any external source, it is simply the consequence of our own consciousness. It is simply a system that reflects our free and limitless nature, as well as the nature of our consciousness. It is a mechanism both personal, because it returns to us what we personally do, and impersonal, since it applies to everyone the same. We are all free to do as we please, however, we are responsible for the consequences of our actions and therefore our Karma.
The Karma mechanism is based on three axes:
1. It motivates us and guides us towards the realization of our goals.
2. It returns to us the consequences of our actions.
3. It adjusts our perceptions towards those of equality.
When it comes to realizing our goals, there are two variables, our beliefs and our actions, which activate forces that seem external, but they are set in motion by something that we do in our consciousness. So, as we move towards our goals, karma returns to us the consequences of our actions. This constitutes the communicative function of this mechanism, as we learn our own sensitivities and those of other people too. As we know what we dislike, we also know about what we desire to be returned back to us, so we learn to do to others what we want them to do to us and express our love as we would like them to express it to us. Thus, by moving deeper and deeper into our consciousness and operating with more love through the heart chakra, we evolve and adjust our perceptions, moving away from separation, we perceive equality and we experience greater unity. It is a question of the evolution of individual consciousness and of course the mechanism of personal Karma also helps here...
Of course, as the individual consciousness evolves, there is also evolution at the level of the collective consciousness, which consists of individual consciousnesses. Furthermore, there is also the planetary consciousness, which also goes through its own evolution and some say that we spend about 2,000 years in the planetary consciousness in each chakra. We are living now in the age where we have come out of 2,000 years of being in the solar plexus chakra and we have entered the so-called Age of Aquarius and we are learning to think beyond individual borders and self-interest, as anything that happens on any border affects us all. If we look at everything that is happening at the planetary level, from the pandemic that started two years ago to all the global issues, everything happening around us calls for a collective thought and action, something is happening globally and this is also about the planetary evolution that calls us to act collectively and globally. So, our attention comes more and more to the heart chakra and we learn to relate as one big planetary family.
We realize now more and more than ever that anything happening everywhere at any border that is something that affects us all. Thus, it becomes very important to act beyond self-interest and beyond borders. We realize that we can act more effectively through cooperation, with reciprocity and acceptance of other people even if they act differently. We see how everything we do has an effect both on ourselves, but is at the same time something that extends beyond ourselves. Because just as there is individual karma, there is also a collective karma, which concerns groups, religious, tribal, national, and of course there is also the planetary karma, which affects the destiny of the planet. We can change the destiny of the planet all together, acting more and more consciously, with love and acceptance and through the movement towards unity.
We can change the collective movie of the planet, for if everything that happens on the planetary level is a result of what we all do in our consciousness, then we can change what we do in our consciousness. And this concerns both our actions and our opinions, our perceptions and beliefs. Because in any case, what we see being returned to us now, is not about punishment, but shows us what we all do in our consciousness. It reflects us what we do to ourselves and to other people, what we do to nature, to animals and to all beings on the planet. And that can change. It will change anyway, as what happens is part of evolution and evolution is something that happens anyway. We can simply choose to take the messages we receive and follow a smooth and beautiful progression of love and unity. Let us choose thoughts, beliefs, perceptions and actions that reflect harmony for us and for every being. We can always create a new karma and a smooth path in our evolution, individually and collectively. We can live healthy and happy in a harmonious world. Anything can be healed! Besides, it is karmic as well that everything can be healed!

| The symptom of the month : Lyme disease |

| Early symptoms of Lyme disease are similar to the flu and may include body-wide itching reflecting irritation about something happening in the person’s life; fever, indicating anger; headache, pointing to crown chakra tensions with father / authority or a sense of separation from someone close; light-headedness or fainting, reflecting root chakra tensions about money, home, job; muscle pain, pointing to a perceived lack of personal power, the person immobilizing themselves with “I can’t;” and stiff neck, reflecting the person not expressing or communicating. Loss of memory reflects root chakra tensions, anxiety, not feeling grounded, and possible tensions at home. The heart can eventually be affected, and this would reflect tensions in the area of relationships.
