Creating Unity
While the whole world is in a reality of health, environmental and relational crises with tensions between nations in an energy of solar plexus mixing aggressiveness, anger, rage, self-enclosure, separation, we have in each of us the necessary tools to get out of this spiral which seems endless and with daily rebounds.

We still need to know the tools and then want to use them.

What are these tools?

They are in our consciousness, it is our ability to feel the energy, to direct it to ourselves and/or others, to raise our perceptions to the heart chakra, to feel compassion, acceptance, which leads us to explore the deepest levels of our consciousness, to recognize ourselves as creators, and to recognize others as such, to see and understand this co-creation between the different spirits and to experience oneness because we meet within, deep inside, not outside.

Whenever you come in contact with someone through the eyes, repeat inside "I am you, you are me and we are love" and feel the contact, this allows you to go behind the appearance, behind the illusion of physical reality, to pierce the veil and release the judgment, to feel the love, to create unity rather than separation. As expressed by those who have been leading the way for centuries, if you want to change the world, change yourself. Everything in the physical reality is a manifestation of your perceptions, so if you look at the world around you, you see the mirror of your own consciousness, you receive information about what is going on within you, and what you need to change. Any healing, whether it is of a symptom in the body or of a situation requires a transformation of the way of being that created the symptom or the situation.

So dare to challenge yourself, apply these tools in your daily life, and you will feel more strength coming out of your heart, you will express more love and you will receive more love and through these actions you will strengthen your immune system, you will feel connected to all that there is and you know that the world needs love.

A little reminder :  Positive thinking
Positive thoughts are success-oriented. Look for and find a way to change any non-success-oriented thought to one that gives you reasons to believe in the success of what you are doing. Eliminate the word "can't"
from your vocabulary. When you use the word, you are, at some level, saying that there is something that you're not able to do. It denies the truth that we are each unlimited Beings, and able to do anything we decide we really want to.

If you can imagine it, you can do it!

Any time you find yourself using the word "can't," change what you are saying so that you are still expressing what's true for you, yet in a different way. Your thinking will become more precise, and more positive.

"I can't stand that" becomes "I feel resistance to that."

"I can't do it" becomes "I haven't yet learned how."

"I can't see that" becomes "I don't see that," or "I don't yet see that clearly."

"I can't handle that" becomes "That's been difficult for me until now."

"I can't remember" becomes "I don't recall right now, but it will come in a moment."

"I can't understand" becomes "I don't understand."

Do the same for non-success-oriented words and phrases:
" It doesn't work" becomes "It hasn't yet worked."

" It isn't working" becomes "I haven't yet seen results."

"I don't know how" becomes "I haven't yet learned how."

"It's terrible" becomes "It's got to get better now (and notice something positive about '' It')".
"It's a failure" becomes "Success has been temporarily delayed, and anyway, I learned some-
thing."

Build a pattern of success. Start small, if you must, and be successful at it. Reward your successes with congratulations. Reward only your successes.

Pleasure is positive, too. Pleasure yourself. Give yourself pleasure. Walk on the sunny side of the street. Enjoy the scent of a flower. Enjoy its beauty. Enjoy what you do see. Enjoy the colors and the forms if you do not yet see the details. As you build more and more positive habits, you will see more and more benefits and advantages, and the process will accelerate.

The symptom of the month: Bronchial pneumonia
Bronchial pneumonia involves inflammation of the bronchial tubes due to infection. As with any kind of pneumonia, the symptoms include cough, rapid breathing, chest pain, and shortness of breath. Symptoms affecting the lungs reflect tensions in the heart chakra, thus tensions with someone close to the person’s heart – a parent, partner, sibling or offspring. The heart chakra is associated with the element of air, and a person’s relationship with air reflects their relationship with love. Inflammation implies anger. Coughing is seen as the person pushing away the air, difficulty letting in the love from the person with whom there has been tension. When there is fever, it reflects anger. When headaches are involved, it reflects crown chakra tensions and a sense of separation from someone. Weakness would reflect a sense of powerlessness in the situation with whom there has been tension.
Success story and feedback fromclasses of the month
The warm feeling of the session with you has not left me since.
I took note of what happened at home in the two weeks following the session:
+ more strength and desire to create
+ feeling of more space / possibilities in the themes of work and relationships
+ play ping-pong without glasses
+ I again feel a physical attraction for my wife
+ more hunger than usual
+ my wife has become a little more open when it comes to physical contact
+ very nice family feeling
+ tennis without glasses
+ I can better feel and defend my needs
+ I dare to give and receive
+ I can accept gifts better
+ greater emotional stability
+ the critical inner voices hardly come through, I feel more rooted, more confident
+ family life is more relaxed and happy
+ I use less powerful reading glasses on the computer
+ I usually no longer wear glasses from a distance outside
+ greater variations in visual acuity, sometimes mild form of migraine

I am very happy with these developments and know that the process continues.
