Visualize your dream future
|

Your brain is a generator of electricity and where you direct your thoughts, you direct your energy. The images that you hold in your head are the ones that are energizing that's why creative visualization techniques are so effective.
The more you visualize a scene the more you create it.
Your brain doesn't differentiate between what you want and what you don't want. it works with images.
You easily realize and create the images that take up all the space in your head.
So you tend to create what you want and what you are afraid of.
I invite you to visualize and immerse yourself in your dream future.
All of those things that you thought you had taken for granted and missed are going to become ceremonies.
Visualize ...
A coffee on the terrace of a café .... a ceremony.
A drink with friends until the middle of the night, a ceremony.
A family meal with all your uncles and aunts, your cousins, your parents, grandparents, your friends, so many ceremonies.
Hug everyone.
See people smile.
Breathe deeply.
Smell the divine smells in the fruit market.
Let us see ourselves making ceremonies of our lives to celebrate contact and smiles.Let us see ourselves walking with a big smile on our face in every circunstances. Let us see ourselves giving hugs with no limits.
The more we are visualizing that, the sooner it will come true.

The symptom of the month : Acid reflux |

Acid reflux is a condition in which stomach acids rise up into the esophagus because the valve that separates the stomach contents from the esophagus is faulty. This can be due to the lower esophageal sphincter not working properly, or a hiatus hernia.
This symptom represents the person having difficulty moving their attention between their solar plexus chakra and their heart chakra, because of tensions held in the solar plexus chakra. The person would like to hold their attention on perceptions of love but is having difficulty because of issues of power, control, or freedom, and possible anger affecting the area of relationships.
