In the Body Mirror System of Healing, we say that everything begins in our consciousness. When we are at the deepest point in our consciousness, we experience the level of universal consciousness: "I Am". Here we are no longer referring to co-creation, but to the state of Being where the only consciousness is the one and all we can say with certainty is that I Am and that I am experiencing something. At this level of experience, I am the dreamer dreaming the dream and within that dream everyone and everything represents different forms and representations of the one and only universal consciousness. This is the level of existence of the God consciousness or otherwise the unique creator.

Through this experience we perceive everything that exists as one unity, where there are no antagonisms, nor divisions, as at the level of personality, because there is no me and you. When we experience from this level, we see everything in an infinite unity and harmony of the supreme creation. Wherever we go, whatever we look at, we encounter a piece of ourselves, every encounter with every human, animal, plant or mineral, is an encounter with ourselves. This raises the sense of unity in oneness and empathy and we perceive everything as connected, where whatever one of us does it is felt by all...

When we experience the dream as the only dreamer, then since we are the dreamer, everything that happens is for our benefit and for our good. Even if we don't recognize what we are experiencing, we can go deeper into our consciousness and consciously interact with the dream and change it if we don't like it. We can always communicate with our dream and when a wish is fulfilled, we say: "thank you very much, yes I really wanted that" and when this does not happen, we can change it by consciously giving the instruction to change.

As we know our perceptions create our reality and of course our dream responds to our perceptions. All we have to do then, is to live each moment, minute by minute, living in the present and out of any preoccupation within the past or the future. We focus our attention on the here and now trusting in the dream unfolding for our good. By doing this we can realize the miraculous, the magical and the mysterious of the infinite intelligence and beauty that surrounds us. However, only a man who has come to a unity within himself is capable of understanding this mystery of existence.

Becoming one with unity means experiencing harmony at the physical level, enjoying the body and living joyfully, being in touch with one's emotions and using one's mind instead of being a servant of the mind, but above all to go beyond the mind and live from the deepest levels of one's being. Living by accepting and loving oneself unconditionally, so as to love every other being, to express one's truth by unfolding one's special gifts and talents, dancing one's own dance and coming into contact with one's spirit and with the oneness and the divinity of existence. So that matter and spirit are in a beautiful harmonious synchronicity and chord. Where one can enjoy all that is offered to him in every moment of his life, through every level of existence and flow smoothly through the waves of life and the experiences that are provided.

Beyond all worries and projections, beyond all expectations of self or others, with a concept of love that includes everyone and everything, then the human being comes into oneness with all creatures and beings and wherever he is he feels as if he is at home and whoever he faces is as if he is facing himself. Then he can say full heartedly and with gratitude the phrase: "the Light in me recognizes the Light in you, the Divinity in me recognizes the Divinity in you, we are One" and feel the greatness of existence. Let us love ourselves and love all living beings of creation and joyfully experience the blessing of life. So that we become one consciously and we live becoming one with oneness on every level.
