Observing Spirit of America's youth boating program at Shake-A-Leg in Miami as part of the Instructional Approach field-testing events (April 2017).
National On-Water Standards (NOWS) has finished field testing for the Instructional Approach Standard (IAS). Testing took place from March to May 2017 at seven different venues involving 18 subject matter experts observing seven different approaches to On-Water instruction
