Bluffs Fire Started by Homeless, LAFD Says11/12/2015
A fire in the Palisades on Sunday, Nov. 8 was started by homeless individuals burning trash, according to LAFD. Two days later, the fire rekindled, sparking a strong response from local government, LAPD and LAFD. |
