PCH Restricted Between Santa Monica and Palisades

PCH northbound lane number three closed between McClure Tunnel and Chautauqua until further notice. California Incline closed entirely and Ocean Avenue northbound junction with PCH also closed, following severe flood and debris falls from bluffs. Rock falls on Sunset are driving hazard, with Marquez traffic diverted off Sunset between Livorno and Salerno Drives.
