BREAKING NEWS: Traffic Collision Causes PCH Backup 


A traffic collision, involving at least two vehicles, has caused major congestion on the southbound lanes of Pacific Coast Highway from Temescal Canyon Road to Chautauqua.

The incident was reported about 3 p.m. south of Temescal on PCH.

Information on injuries was not immediately available.
