BREAKING NEWS: SWAT Team Fires Tear Gas Into Palisades Home

SWAT officers are surrounding a home on Alta Mura Road following reports of a domestic dispute where a reportedly drunken man fired shots at his girlfriend, who escaped, before barricading himself in. LAPD Captain Brain Wendling confirmed a SWAT team has fired dozens of tear gas canisters into the $14 million, 9,000-square-foot residence since the incident was reported at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, but the standoff is continuing.
