Subject: BREAKING NEWS: PCH Northbound Lanes Closed

Santa Monica Police Department: “Due to a traffic collision, northbound lanes of Pacific Coast Highway closed for several hours.” Traffic on the 10 between Lincoln and the California Incline is being diverted elsewhere. Caltrans says the accident, close to the McClure Tunnel, is under investigation and roads will open after 10 a.m.
