BREAKING NEWS: One Lane of PCH Open in Both Directions

One lane in both directions of Pacific Coast Highway near Big Rock in Malibu have been reopened following this morning's full closure of PCH due to a collision causing downed power lines. As Southern California Edison is on scene, motorists are encouraged to take alternate routes or expect delays. Repairs could take several hours.
