BREAKING NEWS: One-Acre Brush Fire Burns in The Highlands

A brush fire has broken out in The Highlands at the 500 block of N Palisades Drive, Los Angeles Fire Department reported. The fire, currently at approximately one acre, was called in at 10:39 a.m.

"LAFD and LACoFD ground and air response to a terrain-driven (no wind) one-acre brush fire running uphill and possibly threatening homes near this location," LAFD said.
