BREAKING NEWS: Daniel Gottesman and Danika Masi Named Mr. and Miss Palisades 2015
Out of 14 talented teens who competed at the 2015 Mr. and Miss Palisades Teen Contest on Thursday evening, March 26, Daniel Gottesman earned the title of Mr. Palisades 2015 and Danika Masi won the title of Miss Palisades 2015.
Gottesman, 14, and Masi, 17, both attend Palisades High School where the event took place.
The winners each receive a $2,000 Cathie Wishnick scholarship, a year of free food at Palisades Garden Café and the chance to ride in the Pacific Palisades Fourth of July parade.
Evan Epstein, a 15-year-old who attends Brentwood School, was named the runner-up to Mr. Palisades.
Kimara Velez, a 16-year-old who attends Pali High, was named the runner-up to Miss Palisades.
The teen contest, which has been a Palisades tradition for 56 years, was presented by the Palisadian-Post and the Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce and was sponsored by Gibson International Realty and The Optimist Club Foundation. Photo by Rich Schmitt/Staff Photographer |
