BREAKING NEWS: Caruso Affiliated Closes Escrow On Palisades Village

Caruso Affiliated announced today that it has closed escrow on Swarthmore Avenue in Palisades Village. Caruso is also under contract to purchase the Mobil gas station on the corner of Sunset and Swarthmore, which is expected to close in mid-2016, according to Caruso Affiliated.

Caruso will be announcing his plans for the next chapter of Swarthmore Avenue at a community meeting on Thursday, Dec. 4 at Palisades Charter High School’s Mercer Hall.
