BREAKING NEWS: All Northbound Lanes Blocked On PCH And Porto Marina Way

All northbound traffic lanes on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) are blocked at 17600 Porto Marina Way due to an accident involving a motorcycle and a car at approximately 11:30am.

Brian Humphrey from the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) said the accident was a “motorcycle versus vehicle situation” and the traffic jam is a typical PCH back up extending from Pacific Palisades through Malibu.

Southbound lanes were temporarily closed and one remains closed for investigating officers.

Both passengers on the motorcycle were taken to the hospital for their injuries and are currently stable. The four passengers in the car were treated on-scene by Station 69 of LAFD.

Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department are at the accident scene investigating the cause of the crash. A spokesperson said the responding officers are working as quickly as possible to reopen the highway but visitors and locals should avoid PCH until lanes reopen.
