BREAKING: City Planning Commission Unanimously Approves Caruso Project, Denies Appeal
Developer Rick Caruso’s Palisades Village project passed another milestone today when the Los Angeles City Planning Commission voted unanimously to deny Jack Allen’s appeal and to approve the parcel map and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration with a few amendments. “It’s fantastic,” Caruso told the Palisadian-Post of the decision. “It really does reinforce the power of the community. I’m very grateful to the community and can’t wait to get started.” Over 100 Palisades residents attended the hearing to show their support for the project while an attorney spoke on behalf of Allen. The project now heads to the Planning and Land Use Management Committee. Read the full story in the May 5 issue of the Palisadian-Post.
