BREAKING: Caruso Project Earns Final City Council Approval

The LA City Council voted unanimously on Tuesday, June 13 to approve developer Rick Caruso’s Palisades Village project.

This marked the final step in the path to entitlement for the project, which is located in the heart of Pacific Palisades.
Construction on a storm drain will begin this month, Caruso told the Palisadian-Post at City Hall.
