BREAKING: Caruso Project Approved by City’s Land Use Committee

Developer Rick Caruso’s Palisades Village project passed another milestone on Tuesday, June 7 when the city’s Planning and Land Use Management (PLUM) Committee voted unanimously to approve the project. The project now heads to the City Council for final approval.

After today’s hearing, Caruso told the Palisadian-Post that Caruso Affiliated has reached an agreement with Jack Allen, who had filed an appeal and posed a potential stumbling block for the project.

Caruso also provided the Post with an updated timeline for the project.

Read the full story and see the timeline in the June 9 issue of the Post.
