What matters most to you?
Here’s an exercise for evaluating how much time you spend on what matters most to you:
- Make a list of 10 things that matter most to you.
- Then, on a scale from 1-5, (1 being the least and 5 being the most) rank how much time per week you spend on each of those items.
- As you look at your list, ask yourself how much time you devote to what is truly important to you?
When your beliefs are in alignment with what is truly important to you, life is more fulfilling. Consider if you want to devote even more time to what you truly value, and how you would do that.
