Qigong to Open the Body - We always start tai chi practice with qigong to open the body and get the chi flowing. This frees up the joints for fluidity of movement. Qigong awakens healing energy. We access life-giving energy flowing through us to keep our system in balance.
Tai Chi Short Form - Tai Chi is a relaxed moving meditation and martial art which calms the body and mind. This is a 13 movement form and can be performed in 10 minutes making it easy to fit into a busy day.
Meditation We'll finish the day with a meditation to circulate the healing energy we cultivated with our qigong and tai chi practice.
