If you're looking for a quick and easy bodybuilding meal idea, give this healthy beef and broccoli stir fry a try.



This is an easy one to make...

Just cube up some lean beef steak, I used eye of round steak, but you can use any cut of meat you like.

Fry the meat in a pan with some coconut oil over medium heat.

Season with salt, garlic, ginger, and horse radish (or whatever spices you fancy).

Chop up 1/2 an onion and add it to the beef.

Let this cook for a few minutes and then add in some chopped up broccoli and mushrooms and add them to the beef. Stir it all up and cover to let the broccoli steam and fully cook the meat.

That's it, very quick and easy and healthy. If you want you can serve this over rice, or just eat the beef and broccoli by itself for a tasty
low carb meal.
