Subject: Why You Should Weigh Yourself EVERY DAY

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hi Friend,

Did you know that your body weight can fluctuate up or down by 5 or more pounds over the course of the day?

There are several factors that can cause your weight to go up or down - from the food you eat, the fluids you drink, the amount you sweat, etc.

In the video below you'll see a real world example of this, where I purposely lose 2.5 pounds in just 90 minutes... and then re-gain it all back again within 30 minutes!

I know it sounds crazy, but your bodyweight is going up and down like this all the time, whether you are consciously aware of it or not.

Now this brings up the question:

How can you accurately track your body weight if it's constantly fluctuating?

Well in the video below I'm going to show you how to get your "True Body Weight" that you can use for tracking your progress when trying to lose weight (or gain weight).

That's what we're going to cover in this video...
How To Track Your Bodyweight Properly
