Subject: Why Light Weights WILL Build Muscle

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

Have you ever heard the old saying that you should use...

"Heavy Weights for Bulking"
and
"Light Weights for Cutting" ?

Well did you know that you can actually use Light Weights for Building Muscle?

The truth of the matter is that "Bulking" or "Cutting" has very little to do with how much weight you lift, but rather is based mostly on your nutrition program... But that's a topic we'll save for another e-mail :-)

Today I've got a something interesting to share with you, it's a controversial article that dives into what's really going on inside your muscles when you lift weights, and what's really triggering your muscles to grow bigger.

(Hint, it's NOT the amount of weight that's on the bar.)

Enjoy the article!

One of my favorite quotes is...

Success leaves clues..."

For example, I guarantee that a guy who has a great back is able to put a heck of a lot of tension through his back muscles. Period...!

Now, maybe it’s because the guy was just born that way, and his body naturally knows how to create that tension...

Or maybe it’s because he learned it through trial and error…

And that’s an important distinction to make! Because in the first case, the guy is probably just throwing around a bunch of weight, and the tension is naturally going into his "strong" bodyparts…

Let me tell you a quick story to illustrate that…

There are these two kids at the gym - 18 and 19 years old...

At that age, these guys have NO business carrying around the kind of muscle they do on their “strong” bodyparts!

One of them has the most ridiculous back development... And the other has more quad sweep than 95% of the IFBB...

Are they genetically blessed? Of course they are. That’s the point!

What does that really mean?

It simply means that their bodies put WAY more tension into those muscles than yours and mine do naturally...

Why do you care?

Well, as I said above, "Success leaves clues."

These kids have no clue what they are doing... Yet watching them move reveals tiny clues...

Oh, and the interesting thing about those two kids?

Both of them use relatively light weights, yet they have the development of guys who have been training for 25 years.

Why?

T.E.N.S.I.O.N.

The moral of the story?..

It's not about how much you lift, it's about how much Tension you can create in the muscle over it's ENTIRE strength curve.

Don't get me wrong... It's important to use the heaviest weight possible...

However, ONLY use as much weight as you can handle for PERFECT execution of the exercise...

THAT is the secret to using "light" weights for massive growth...

Perfect execution will drive maximal Tension through the targeted muscle, causing optimal growth stimulation.

And that's why I was so careful to include such detailed exercise execution instructions and videos in my best-selling Mi40 system.

Thanks Ben!

That's really insightful stuff, it explains why often times the biggest and most muscular guys at the gym are NOT always the guys who are tossing around the most weight. But rather are the ones using strict form and creating A LOT of tension in their targeted muscle groups.

Now, you should know that Ben just had a stellar performance this past weekend at the 2015 Arnold Classic…
And because he wants to share the celebration, you can still snap up his world renowned Mi40 Foundation System at the lowest price I've ever seen...

However, do it today - because after today it goes back to full price

all the best,
