My 2 year Fit Over 40 Transformation!
The cool thing about this fat loss transformation is I never counted calories, never tracked macros, never starved myself with low carbs, keto, or any other extreme approach.

This time around it was all about better eating habits and healthier lifestyle choices. My goal now is to not just "get lean", but rather "stay lean" and actually enjoy the process!
