The 5 Day Lose Your Gut Challenge is Now Officially Started!

The doors are open, all the challenge participants have been personally welcomed in and there's been a flurry of activity.

My original plan was to cap it at 100 participants, because there is A LOT of work involved with running a challenge like this.

But the response turned out to be WAY BIGGER than I expected and much more than any of the past Lose Your Gut Challenges that I've ran.

So rather than turning people away, I decided to step up my game and brought on couple of my top coaching students to help out as assistant coaches within the Lose Your Gut Challenge!

Right now we officially have 209 challenge participants who are embarking on a life changing transformation journey.

Just a heads up, this is not some passive challenge where you can just sit back, relax, and watch from the sidelines...

No, No, No...

If you're in the challenge, you'll be expected to actively participate.

Each day of the challenge there will be an accountability task that you "must" complete by 11:00 pm that night in order to stay in the challenge.

Failure to do so will result in you getting kicked out of the challenge!

Now to put your mind at ease, these daily tasks are well within your capabilities - they are not physically demanding - even if you're a total beginner...

But they will push you outside of your "comfort zone", and that's where you need to be in order to create lasting change.

Simply sitting and passively watching doesn't do anything, you actually have to participate.

Just think about it...
How many Fitness YouTube videos have you watched, how many workout programs have you seen, how many nutrition books have you read, etc.

My guess is A LOT...
So why are you still struggling to lose your gut and get in shape?

Because watching passively doesn't create change!

To give you an example, if you want to learn how to swim are you going to watch videos of other people swimming? Are you going to read books, blog posts, and articles about swimming?

HECK NO!!!

You only learn how to swim by getting in the water!

And that's exactly what we're going to do with the 5 Day Lose Your Gut Challenge...

We're going to jump in the water and take action, that's the purpose of the daily accountability tasks.

And just a heads up, not all 209 guys who start this challenge will finish. In fact, I'm willing to bet that less than 100 will make it all the way to the end.

But those who are serious and commit to following through will set themselves up for making a serious health, fitness, and fat loss transformation that could literally be life changing.

I'm committed to giving it my 100% to helping the guys inside the Lose Your Gut Challenge - I'm not going to quit on you - all I ask is that you don't quit on yourself‼️
