Subject: Take this 10 second shoulder flexibility test

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

Do you have tight shoulders?

If you're like me and you've done your share of bench presses over the years, work in an office, or spend a lot of time on your phone... than you probably do.

Unfortunately, this puts you at a higher risk of problems like nerve impingements, tendonitis and rotator cuff problems, not to mention other little-known but related issues such as neck pain and headaches.

But before you jump to any conclusions, take these 2 quick shoulder flexibility tests to see just how TIGHT you really are.

Shoulder Flexibility Test #1

1) Reach one hand behind your back
2) Reach the other hand up over your shoulder
3) Now try to touch your hands behind your back

You should be able to do it on both sides without compensating.

A common compensation is when the shoulder of the lower hand rounds forward – you should be able to keep your shoulder back and shoulder blade tucked and still touch your hands behind your back.

Now if you can't touch your hands behind your back, this is an issue and something you need to deal with before it hurts you
- we'll talk about the solution in a sec – but for now, try the next test.

Shoulder Flexibility Test #2

1) Stand up and shake your arms out a little bit, then stand still
2) Look down at your hands and lift your thumbs like you’re giving a thumbs up

If your thumbs aren't pointing straight forward, this is a sign of bad posture and means your shoulders are rounded.

The more your thumbs point in towards each other, the worse your shoulders are internally rotated.

Not only does this make you look shorter and less confident, but as I mentioned earlier, it puts you at a greater risk of pain and injury and hampers your performance.

So how did you do on these tests?

Did you pass with flying colors or do you need to work on your shoulder flexibility?

The bad news is if you're like most (especially if you work at a computer) you need some SERIOUS help...

But the GOOD news - the 6 step system outlined here is the FASTEST way to release your tight shoulders.

Check it out now and your shoulders will thank you later.
all the best,
