Subject: Sumo VS. Conventional (what's the best deadlift variation?)

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

Deadlifts... love'em or hate'em you can't deny that they are the purest single test of strength because it is one of the few lifts where you lift a dead weight off the ground.

The deadlift is the oldest of all weight training exercises and it's very effective for building overall body mass and strength. It's a compound movement that works all of the major muscles in the body, with most of emphasis on the traps, spinal erectors, hips, glutes, and hamstrings.

There are 2 main deadlift variations that you'll see lifters perform:

Sumo Deadlifts and Conventional Deadlifts
I've just uploaded a new YouTube video that covers both variations and explains the "Best Variation" to use in your own workouts.
