Hey Friend,

It's Lee Hayward here and I have to apologize for some technical difficulties...

You see when I was hosting the LIVE Graduation Workshop for the Lose Your Gut Challenge - which is the "Grand Finale" of the entire program where we lay out a step- by-step action plan for you to follow - we had a power surge and the live stream got cut off half way through.

The reason for this is because Newfoundland (where I live) was being hit with a massive snowstorm blizzard with 120+ kilometer per hour winds which took out power lines in many places... This was taking place during the Graduation Workshop!

Luckily we survived the storm without any damage, just a lot of shoveling to do, which I view as a "High Volume Workout" LOL

But for those who didn't get to see the LIVE Workshop they missed a lot of good stuff - specifically the 3 things that you MUST DO in order to build lean muscle and lose your gut, and maintain it for life - without depriving yourself on a low calorie diet or being a slave to endless hours in the gym.
