Don't have time to workout?

Try this super simple 20 minute bodyweight circuit routine. Anyone can do this. No equipment needed.


We're all going to find ourselves too busy to go to the gym from time to time. But please don't use that as an excuse to let your fitness routine go to crap.

I don't care how busy you are, everyone has 20 minutes at some point during the day.

Don't over think it, just get off your butt and start moving with these 4 exercises...

My personal fitness goal is to maintain a consistent habit of doing daily physical exercise...

That could be going to the gym for a full on weight training workout, it might be just getting outside for a walk, or it could be doing a simple bodyweight circuit routine like this.

Bottom line, I strive to do some form of physical exercise every single day, even if it's just a quick little 20 minute workout.

A lot of people make the mistake of thinking that they have to follow the perfect program, have the perfect situation, etc. But waiting for perfection will prevent you from making progress.

It doesn't have to be perfect, you just have to take action.

Remember, consistency trumps intensity.

As long as you're consistently taking action, you're going to move in the right direction towards reaching your fitness goals.
