- Maybe it's no longer fitting into your clothes and having to buy bigger pants - again...

- Maybe you see yourself in family photos and finally realize just how fat you've let yourself become...

Whatever it is, something triggered you and now you're disgusted with yourself and motivated to do whatever it takes to lose the weight.

So what do you do?

...You go to the extremes!

Cut out the carbs, slash the calories, follow intermittent fasting, pop fat burner pills, join the gym, workout 3 hours a day, burn the candle at both ends and suffer it out with pure grit and will power in effort to lose the weight fast as humanly possible.

But that approach never works long term. If it did, than everyone who ever went on a diet would keep the weight off and stay lean for life... But we both know that's not the case.

In fact, I'm willing to bet that you've tried dieting and maybe even lost weight in the past, only to re-gain it all back again - just like over 95% of everyone who goes on a fat loss program...

It's the typical Yo-Yo Syndrome.
